Starting with a technical / engineering background, Colin has also managed large customer service and operations organisations, including BT's IPLC business.
More recently Colin managed mergers & acquisitions teams along with the implementation and development of BT's joint venture assets in Asia Pacific. He has also has led telecoms consulting engagements for BT across all continents of the world.
Currently Chief Executive Officer of BT Telconsult, Colin has global responsibility for all BT telco consulting engagements and is currently implementing a growth strategy for that business to include the development and delivery of Telco based managed services contracts.
Simon Boylin Regional Director for Africa and Black Sea Region

Simon has 23 years experience in the telecommunications industry, the past fourteen of which have been with BT in UK and international roles. Simon joined Telconsult from BT's Wholesale division, where he held the position of Director of Business Transformation, responsible for defining and driving the key programmes underpinning BT Wholesale's strategic vision.
Simon has a strong background in sales and marketing, with experience leading BT's fixed-line wholesale sales business for a number of years. Internationally he gained valuable experience as Director of Wholesale Services for a Telconsult client in Turkey. Specific areas of expertise include sales process definition, business transformation and sales channel development.
Andrew Batten Regional Director for Asia and Latin America

Andrew is BT Telconsult Regional Director for Asia. Andrew has 26 years’ telecommunications experience and holds a BSc, MSc and MBA. Prior to moving to SE Asia in 1999, Andrew spent over 15 years in various Product Development roles including R&D, service development and two years as Programme Director, achieving product launches of one per month and introducing BT’s first IP-based management product. Since 1999, Andrew has acted as Managing Consultant with various carriers in the region, advising on transformation strategy, technology architecture, M&A and general telecommunications consulting.

Andrew has over 20 years experience in the telecommunications industry, initially with the military where he trained with the Royal Corps of Signals, and more latterly with Cable and Wireless (Mercury) and Your Communications Mainly experienced in sales and customer facing roles, Andrew’s career has included positions as Sales Director at the Cable & Wireless College, Head of Wholesale sales for Your Communications, and General Manager of an Outsourcing business unit for BT turning over £260m pa.
His international experience was gained in Germany and in the Caribbean/MEA with C&W (various short term consulting secondments), and more recently in West Africa working with A major UK mobile operator.
Andrew has an MBA from the Open University and a Diploma in Management studies

Mabs is BT Telconsult Regional Director for Middle East and North Africa. Mabs has over 17 years of experience in the telecommunications industry in a variety of strategic sales and management consulting roles. Mabs joined Telconsult in 2006 as a managing consultant, serving clients in the Middle East and Africa region. After two successful years he became Regional Director for Sub Saharan Africa, where he led the sales and delivery of several enterprise and wholesale transformations with the West African operations of two large multinational operators. He now leads Telconsult’s MENA sales and delivery operations.
Prior to Telconsult Mabs carried out technical sales roles in the wide area and local area network space for BT, mobility consultancy and sales management roles at O2/ Telefonica and then returned to BT to lead an outsourcing team working in partnership with the UK Ministry of Defence.
Mabs holds a Masters of Engineering degree from Aston University and is a qualified Chartered Engineer from the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers.
