Colin Brooks is Telconsult General Manager. He has over thirty years experience in the telecommunications industry particularly in the international arena. Colin has worked in over fifty countries leading commercial and technical negotiations for British Telecom and delivering consultancy on BT's merger and acquisition opportunities in Asia Pacific. Colin has greatly contributed in sustaining and growing BT's consultancy business during a time of industry decline. Among his successes are the delivery of revenue and profit growth of £80 million year on year for BT IPLC products and the integration of £4 billion joint venture assets in the BT family.

Dominic joined BT Telconsult from KPMG in Australia where he was the Director in charge of the Information, Communications & Entertainment (ICE) line of business for the Business Performance Services Advisory practice, and the national representative for Business Advisory on the KPMG Australia ICE Executive Committee. Prior to KPMG Dominic held the role of Director Communications & Content Southeast Asia for BearingPoint, Inc.

Dominic has over 13 years experience in the telecommunications industry, working across Australia, Europe and Asia. During his career he has held local and international expatriate roles in strategy, commercial, engineering & technology development with Vodafone and Orange, and in client facing telecom business consulting and leadership roles.

His experience includes penetrating new markets, growing profitable telecoms business consulting practices, and delivering strategy, business transformation, performance improvement, due diligence and launch programs for telecom operators, new-media businesses, investors and government.

Dominic has a Bachelor of Telecom Engineering and Diploma in Engineering Management from the University of Technology Sydney, and is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (MAICD).

Simon Boylin

Simon has 23 years experience in the telecommunications industry, the past fourteen of which have been with BT in UK and international roles. Simon joined Telconsult from BT's Wholesale division, where he held the position of Director of Business Transformation, responsible for defining and driving the key programmes underpinning BT Wholesale's strategic vision.

Simon has a strong background in sales and marketing, with experience leading BT's fixed-line wholesale sales business for a number of years. Internationally he gained valuable experience as Director of Wholesale Services for a Telconsult client in Turkey. Specific areas of expertise include sales process definition, business transformation and sales channel development.

Hakan Dursun

Hakan joined BT Telconsult from Delta Partners Group in Dubai where he was working as a project manager, helping leading telecom operators in Middle East and Africa.

Hakan has over 6 years of management consulting experience with top consulting firms, working across Europe, US, Middle East and Africa. During his career he has worked for BCG (Istanbul and New York offices), Booz Allen Hamilton (Istanbul and Abu Dhabi) and Delta Partners Group (Dubai). He has worked in a variety of industries including telecom, government, energy , consumer, retail, industrial goods, travel, automotive and financial services.

His experience includes strategy, organization, supply-chain, financial modeling/ assessment, business transformation and operations.

Hakan has a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering from Bogazici University in Turkey.

Graeme Lowther

Graeme Lowther is Regional Director for Middle East and Africa for BT Telconsult. Graeme joined BT Telconsult from PA Consulting Group in London and has been working in the Middle East since 1991 when he setup the top level internet domain for the United Arab Emirates.

Graeme is a seasoned management consultant with deep experience helping clients exploit technology to deliver real improvements in the quality and accessibility of information. His background includes consulting with AT&T and Nortel and he has more recently led large business transformation programmes. Specific areas of expertise include strategy definition, business transformation, procurement, dynamic project analysis, and negotiating between clients and suppliers.

Ralph Hengstenberg
Regional Director - Europe

Ralph Hengstenberg heads up the European Region for BT Telconsult to develop and manage consultancy projects with communication service providers, leveraging BT's experience and expertise in business transformation, next generation technologies and new wave services. In recent years, Ralph has worked as principal consultant in BT Telconsult, leading its Practice Knowledge Office and consultancy projects for clients globally covering portfolio, marketing, information and communications technology (ICT), IPTV and related topics.

Prior to joining BT Telconsult, Ralph was responsible for BT Global Telecom Market's new portfolio of 21C Operator Services, now called Network & Business Transformation Services, to support the transformation of other telecom operators to become 21C communication providers.

Over the past ten years Ralph has gained extensive experience in ICT, holding various sales, strategy, marketing and business development positions in BT's global business units. As one of the founding members of BT's European solutions business, he addressed the needs of multi-national corporations with managed services and outsourcing solutions.

Ralph holds a BSc (hons) in Business Studies from the University of Wales, Swansea (UK) and a MSc in International Business from the European Academic Consortium and the University of Groningen (NL).

Christopher Saxe

Christopher joined BT Telconsult in 2007 from BT Global Services, where he was first a channel sales controller in EMEA and then a transformation project director in Global Telecom Markets. Prior to BT, Christopher worked for Siemens Financial Services, structuring project and export finance for telecommunications infrastructure projects primarily in Latin America and Asia.

Christopher earned an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management, and his undergraduate degree is from the State University of New York, Purchase College, where he graduated cum laude. In addition to English, Christopher speaks German, Dutch, and Spanish. He is also a certified project manager.
