Colin Brooks

Colin Brooks

Colin Brooks is Telconsult General Manager. He has over thirty years experience in the telecommunications industry particularly in the international arena. Colin has worked in over fifty countries leading commercial and technical negotiations for British Telecom and delivering consultancy on BT's merger and acquisition opportunities in Asia Pacific. Colin has greatly contributed in sustaining and growing BT's consultancy business during a time of industry decline. Among his successes are the delivery of revenue and profit growth of £80 million year on year for BT IPLC products and the integration of £4 billion joint venture assets in the BT family.

Simon Boylin

Simon has 23 years experience in the telecommunications industry, the past fourteen of which have been with BT in UK and international roles. Simon joined Telconsult from BT's Wholesale division, where he held the position of Director of Business Transformation, responsible for defining and driving the key programmes underpinning BT Wholesale's strategic vision.

Simon has a strong background in sales and marketing, with experience leading BT's fixed-line wholesale sales business for a number of years. Internationally he gained valuable experience as Director of Wholesale Services for a Telconsult client in Turkey. Specific areas of expertise include sales process definition, business transformation and sales channel development.

Hakan Dursun

Hakan joined BT Telconsult from Delta Partners Group in Dubai where he was working as a project manager, helping leading telecom operators in Middle East and Africa.

Hakan has over 6 years of management consulting experience with top consulting firms, working across Europe, US, Middle East and Africa. During his career he has worked for BCG (Istanbul and New York offices), Booz Allen Hamilton (Istanbul and Abu Dhabi) and Delta Partners Group (Dubai). He has worked in a variety of industries including telecom, government, energy , consumer, retail, industrial goods, travel, automotive and financial services.

His experience includes strategy, organization, supply-chain, financial modeling/ assessment, business transformation and operations.

Hakan has a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering from Bogazici University in Turkey.

Graeme Lowther

Graeme Lowther is Regional Director for Middle East and Africa for BT Telconsult. Graeme joined BT Telconsult from PA Consulting Group in London and has been working in the Middle East since 1991 when he setup the top level internet domain for the United Arab Emirates.

Graeme is a seasoned management consultant with deep experience helping clients exploit technology to deliver real improvements in the quality and accessibility of information. His background includes consulting with AT&T and Nortel and he has more recently led large business transformation programmes. Specific areas of expertise include strategy definition, business transformation, procurement, dynamic project analysis, and negotiating between clients and suppliers.

Christopher Saxe

Christopher joined BT Telconsult in 2007 from BT Global Services, where he was first a channel sales controller in EMEA and then a transformation project director in Global Telecom Markets. Prior to BT, Christopher worked for Siemens Financial Services, structuring project and export finance for telecommunications infrastructure projects primarily in Latin America and Asia.

Christopher earned an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management, and his undergraduate degree is from the State University of New York, Purchase College, where he graduated cum laude. In addition to English, Christopher speaks German, Dutch, and Spanish. He is also a certified project manager.
