Most of the operators have good strategy. Where they differ is execution of that strategy and the lack of capability to actually execute. With this project we were aiming at supporting the execution of the strategy by providing hands-on knowledge transfer from our telecom consultants and help structure the delivery into a measurable KPI based programme.
